The Perk

Employee Rewards Platform, 2018

The Perk is a rewards management tool that allows employers to recognise workers by giving them instant access to benefits they choose themselves.

Claiming employee benefits typically involves endless forms and approvals, causing 70% to go unused. The Perk approached us to help solve this problem by developing an employee recognition program, supported by a web-based application that gives workers easy and instant access to their well-earned Perks.

We used pair design for this project. I created the final UI and visual design for the app and all marketing collateral; prepared design assets and style guides for the development team; performed design QA; and provided ongoing support during the strategy, UX research, and user testing stages.
